Accommodation Precautions
- ✯ From 1st JUL, we won’t provide single-use plastic products anymore, please bring your own supplies, or buy from the front desk.
- Check in time 3:00 pm , check out time 11:00 am
- Breakfast served from：07:30~09:00, Please notice in advance if you're vegetarian.
- Sunnydale operation time 08:00am to 10:00pm
- Please call for notice for late check in after 5:00 pm, room will reserve until 10:00pm (after 10:00pm without check in, deposit will be confiscated)
- Children with under height of 100cm will have additional charge of 300 NT for cleaning fees, children taller than 100cm will be charged 1200 NT
- Room rates include service fees and all includes breakfast
- Additional guest in each room will be charge 1200 NT, includes breakfast
- For Vegetarian request breakfast and dinner will be available upon reservation
- Sunnydale provides free wifi
- No elevators in the building.
- Reservation which need date changes, please inform us prior to 7 days of notice; deposit have 6 months of validity; upon natural disaster or weather phenomenon (regards to TV news report) please read more information attached
- Reservation extension prior to only 1 time change, more than that deposit will be confiscated
- On reserved day, after 6:00 without notification, room deposit will be automatically confiscated
- No pets allowed
- No smoking / no cooking / no gas stove / no electric stoves
- Quiet and peaceful environment is highly suggested , No gamble/ no alcohol / do not disturb other guest
- Kitchen and bar are strictly for internal use/ if in need pls contact counter
- Strictly no smoking no party
- Lower volume after 9:00pm
- Upon checkout pls check your belongings, we will only keep left belongings for 3 days, after that we will dispose it without prior notice
Refunds and Re-booking
- cancellation on reserve date itself, deposit will be charged 100%
- cancellation one day before reservation, deposit will be returned to guest 20%
- cancellation 2-3 days before reservation, deposit will be returned to guest 30%
- cancellation 4-6 days before reservation, deposit will be returned to guest 40%
- cancellation 7-9 days before reservation, deposit will be returned to guest 50%
- cancellation 10-13 days before reservation, deposit will be returned to guest 70%
- cancellation made 14 days before reservation, deposit will be returned to guest 100% (100 NT will be collected for processing fee)
Reminders:
- If extension is needed, pls inform us at least 7 days before actual date. No cancellation or rebooking will be allowed within 7 days
- After choosing rebooking date, we will not refund or return deposit
- For refund, guest need to send name/ contact number / booking dates/ bank information via Fax (Fax number 049-2803228)
- Refund will be done after 3 days upon Sunnydale receive fax (if any circumstances, Sunnydale will inform in advance)
- Refund or cancellation, processing fee will be collected 100 NT
